  • SHIPPING ADDRESS

    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a shipping address where someone is able to sign for your delivery. If this is not possible, please note 'authority to leave' on the notes section of your order. Address changes may incur a futlie redlivery charge by the Courier. 

  • DELIVERY

    As all products are custom made, please allow 2-4 weeks for manufacture. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is ready for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom orders will take longer. 

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    If you order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging and email them to info@australianhairpnlegs.com.au
